Get some better well trained staff Ben is useless. Sorry but four times he was told how to make a bacon roll simple. Life skill but was told. How to do it.. Never will I be back worst store ever!!

Slowest Greggs in the uk they have about 5 people behind the till running around like headless chickens I think management need to have a look into this!

Tried to over charge me a few pound, when queried staff confidently said it was the correct price then realised they had charged me for 6 sausage rolls instead of 1, rectified but make sure you know how much you're spending!

Could not believe it some woman come in with a sausage roll to take back as it was cold and not cooked properly watched the woman behind the desk take it from her and put the sausage roll back on the shelf to sell to someone else ! The woman even said to me she took a bite out of it

Watch out with Greggs/JustEat. In the last week in Maidstone I?ve ordered from two different places and the drivers aren?t delivering the orders. I?m raising this with Greggs corporate because it?s unacceptable. Today I placed an order the app says it?s delivered but it?s not. They have people scamming the system at JustEat and it seems Greggs aren?t on top of it.

Would like to say they need to make sure that the delivery driver delivers.Twice i have from this greggs for my disabled parents and twice it says it has been delivered when it hasnt.Absolutely disgusting service.
