I bought a pair of shoes from this retailer online end of September and they arrived mid October. They've broken at the seams after only a couple of months and I was told to return them for an exchange. over a week later I'm now being told I won't get an exchange because the damage is from an external factor...all I've done is walk in them. I won't be buying from this store again as the product was shoddy but expensive and the returns system a joke.

They have placed themselves at the top of the market with high-end brands offering zero customer service and if you need to return an item you can exchange or you are given a credit note. They have a small glass plaque on the payment area telling you the returns procedure which if you blinked you would miss it.
I received better service in Primark.
I would not recommend this store at all

Inside House of Fraser which is in the process of closing down.
Some good deals but few remaining.
They really need their own (full sized) unit; would be a shame to lose them entirely from Maidstone.

It?s a tiny version of their old stand alone store. Now it?s a concession inside House of Fraser it has a handful of new titles and not much in the way of older stock.Don?t really know what they are achieving in there as it?s always quiet and the prices are not competitive.

No used games, they will only sell new games what they sell is massively overpriced, the staff at this shop are unhelpful and so rude towards me and my friend, when I went in today the two male staff seemed annoyed that I was asking how much stuff cost, they were so rude towards us, as if being there was beneath them, game is dead.

Prefer the older store. They?re now in House Of Fraser like it?s part of the store. Hard to notice. Not much stock either. Always the same stock ever since it opened in House of Fraser and almost most games and accessories are all overpriced. Can get cheaper elsewhere.

Tried to exchange a PS4 controller that was faulty just over a year ago and they reakon the serial numbers didn't match, someone clearly entered a different code and palmed me off with a faulty one. 55 quid down the pan. The fact they are now living in the deepest corner in the depths of House of Fraser is poetic justice.

Possibly the smallest GAME 'store' going. Now located within House of Fraser, there are just a couple of rows worth of stock. It's hard to identify the distinction between GAME and House of Fraser.
