Called Falcon for a tyre being replaced due to a hole on my way to work. Gentleman was very friendly, super helpful, gave a quick and accurate qoute over the phone and was very patient with me trying to gather all the details he needed. Once arrived again quick and friendly service and even checked all my other tyres over for tread! Fabulous service and would 100% use again and recommend to friends and family!Thanks again!??

Well had falcon come out last night .. said be there by 9 was late 45 mins . Then asked for cash .so had to get cash out . .then got bk to hear him say had bad knock u need new wheel. .so said OK that fine but it will last . He said no guarantee but should last few weeks . But I'm not guarantee this work .. course not .. woke u for work 5.30 go down flat as pancake ..No work for me 160 pounds down drain plus now £250 days monies new tyer fitted came out . And told Me tyer should never been put on that rim it is dangers .. so the fitter who put it on my car risked my life and anyone else in my cars life .its clear to me All he was interested is was quick monies and no care for mine or anyone else .. falcon u shoul be ashamed of ur behaviour.

This man is a true hero!! What an amazing service.I was stranded after my tyre blew and the RAC were going to take 5 hours. I called Lin, he arrived and I had a new tyre fitted all within an hour. Can't thank him enough!!

Very quick service - came to my help when I hit a pot hole instantly destroying my tyre . Lin kept to timeframe that was agreed and was polite.I would certainly not hesitate in recommending him to others.
