Fuel pumps need recalibration done. Was over charged when I informed them told I was told I was wrong. Wouldn't use them.

Why do Esso garages have to be so overpriced .1 star as these are the garages I avoid most unless desperate for fuel .

The owner of this franchise is very rude and unhelpful, every time I shop and buy fuel and food here. Although the other shop assistants are great and polite. It's just the franchise owner that seems extremely rude. I remember getting abuse from their customer in their store, shouting abuse at me loudly and threatening me with a fight, as I was shopping and paying for my items. This owner of franchise was serving me at the counter. I have reported this to this franchise owner serving me who heard everything. He pretended that he didn't hear anything and didn't want to call the police or register the incident. I have then called the police and registered this event. Now also registering it here. Next I will be registering it with the Esso head office. I suggest major improvements need to be made here, at Boxley Esso station. Kind regards, Ilia at GIO Landscapes

Always good you have a decent shop food, papers and refreshments along with the fuel. Car wash and 24hr access cash machine also available. Staff are friendly and helpful.
