I only use EE still because of the friends and family discount. The service going into the store in Maidstone was poor, there wasn't alot of knowledge about the differences between devices and the person serving me kept getting the prices wrong and we had to go over everything again and again. I was also forced to get insurance and told I could cancel it after, I feel like it's just to reach a quota.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by EE. The persistent malfunctioning of both the mobile application and the website has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Furthermore, the inability to top up my account via text message when these platforms are inaccessible exacerbates the situation. Consequently, I have made the decision to terminate my contract with EE and seek an alternative service provider that can meet my communication needs.

Poor customer care. Visited twice and stood there like I was invisible. No one came to let me know they would be with me as soon as possible. Lost a customer to a competitor

My dad had been unfairly passed on to debt collection team as apparently he hadn?t paid his bill, even though an agent from EE customer service had wrote to him saying that everything was settled and his account is now closed. Despite being told that, he was constantly bothered by the debt collection agency and had to bounce between them and EE customer service to find out what?s going on. However after going into EE in Maidstone yesterday, this polite member of staff called Blessing had helped us allowing this situation to escalate further. She had spoke to EE customer service for us, despite them being blunt and claimed they could not help us, she insisted that something had to be done and now my dad won?t have to pay the outstanding balance that he?s been pressured to pay, due to miscommunication. Thank you again Blessing, you were an absolute delight!

I had a problem with my mobile and as BT, my provider , have a link with EE I went into EE. They were polite, helpful and fixed it. Top class service.

I got such a great deal from EE.The staff are so polite and so helpful, they offer you all the possible offers available and help you to make an informed decision.Of course, my son was extremely happy with his device.I will definitely be back.
