Absolutely confusing and odd experience.
Trying to find curtains to fit a small window. No staff around, full of people just milling around half in comatose state.
Tried a few times to work out pricing which wasn't obvious or intuitively laid out.
Enormous choice but in no specific order or size and a huge made to measure section with curtains from the 1980s and nobody to help or guide you.

Visited the pausa cafe, it is much improved since the lazt time i visited, much lighter and airier than how it used to be. However ! I ordered the Ham cheese and Djion mustard sandwich as advertised on your board. What i got was ham cheese and mustard mayo, when i queried this the lady said she didnt know what Djion mustard was and the sandwich had mustard in it. Mustard mayo is a long way from Djion mustard. I had the sandwich anyway and it was nice but you shoukdnt be advertising a product you are not selling.

Always enjoy going to this homeware shop. I go with good intentions of buying one purchase that I need, but I have to be very strong-willed to keep to just one.
Dunelm has a large selection of home paraphernalia of every kind to suit most tastes.
The staff are helpful. The shop is easy to navigate. Then, when you need a rest, you can drop into a cafe on the premises.

I went to Dunelm in Maidstone to pick up an item which was not to my satisfaction and returned it straightaway. The lady at the counter said their wifi was not working so she was unable to process a refund. TOTAL SUM DUE £14.00. She spoke to her manager and the two promised a refund by last Saturday evening. Todate the refund has not materialised and its impossible to speak to anyone in Dunelm. The phone rings : press 1 for collect and 3 for anything else and the phone rings several times, no one picks it and I get disconnected. They might be busy but I just want my refund processed. This seems to be a regular thing with Dunelm. How do I get my refund! Seems to be a pathetic service.

Run by absolute morons. Couldn't exchange an item because it was bought via click and collect, we have been told we have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. Instead of just swapping it for the item we wanted. Returning customer now lost.
