Awful experience. Went to look at sofa beds, but the customer service we received put us off buying from them. The man working there was unhelpful, didn't even try to make any effort to help us. Very disappointing.

Not satisfied with the installation services. We were informed that the coffee table installation services would be included with the purchase. However, this was not taken into consideration following the delivery. After contacting DFS customer service, we were informed that the incorrect information was conveyed to us during the purchasing process. This is a large and hefty coffee table that requires a significant amount of time and effort to build. I was totally dissatisfied with the service.

Myself and my family spent almost 30 minutes walking the store, trying products and taking product photos and not one of the numerous staff even said hello, let alone offer help. Won't rush back.

Great service in the Maidstone department by experienced staff, the delivery was ahead of schedule but the drivers/ fitters took a long time to put the recliner chair together, they did say first time they had worked for DFS.

Was told by the salesman on the 28/10/24 when we bought the sofas, that our new sofas would be with us on week commencing 2/12/24. So we got rid of our old sofa.Now being told that our new sofas are not even going to be in the depot until 20/12/24 allegedly be with us on 22/12/24 (as if). Woman at customer service couldn't really be bothered. We are currently having cosy evenings sat around the telly on kitchen chairs!!!! THANKS DFS!!!

Lovely sofas from cheep to expensive. Staff eager to sign you up to a deal we had two members of staff offering to sell to us .left without purchasing Any .I would have been better with a good look around on your own .

We bought our sofa from this store a few years ago. We came back to the store just now to see if they had an ex display or quick delivery sofa but we were told we couldn't come into the store as they close at 6. Time was 5.50. Disappointed.

Purchases a mat from dfs . It arrived with a fault along one edge. Have been trying to get a replacement now for the last month . Customer service are awfull . Saying I cannot take.mat back to store as they buy them from a third party supplier. I have sent pictures to customer services stating my concern . To be told there is nothing we can do as the picture i have taken is not on laminate flooring . Amd I cannot return unless I supply a picture with the mat on laminate flooring . (Which I do not have ).
Avoid buying anything else apart from sofas from this store. I'm now stuck with a £200 wonky mat.

Very disappointed with DFS. Paid in full for our sofa in July and was told the sofa we picked was "quicker delivery". However no one can give us an update on when it will be delivered! The online tracking is never updated only showing dates in the past, customer service on the phone and webchat are unable to help and cannot provide any further information??
Customer service even asked me to call thier 3rd party delivery company but you can never get through to anyone. We found out later from DFS Customer service they are also unable to contact the delivery company!!!!!! We are now stuck in limbo with no clue when our sofa will be delivered only being told someone will contact us in 3 working days. Shocking Customer service please dont be fooled by the sales team giving you false information on delivery dates.
