One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went in the shop knowing precisely what I wanted but you have to speak with an advisor to make the purchase. I found the nearest advisor and they pointed to another advisor the other side of the store and said go to them and they'll find someone for you. What? So I did, they said someone will be with me soon. I waited 15 minutes. I told them what I wanted to buy and they proceeded to tell me it wasn't available because it's obsolete. I asked why it's still being advertised with a price on the shelf and they insisted Google won't let them do anything about it. So there you have it, Google is apparently forcing Currys to advertise a product that is not available for sale and it took me 25 minutes to find out. There were literally a dozen visible members of staff and 10 weren't doing anything. Okey dokey

I visited Currys Maidstone yesterday to buy an Xbox for my son and was assisted by Oscar in the gaming section. Even though we arrived right at the last minute, he was full of energy, very supportive, and went out of his way to help us. His positive attitude and excellent service made the whole experience so much easier. Normally, I don?t write reviews, but I really wanted to this time because of the 5-star service Oscar provided. Thank you!

Bought an apple keypad online but it was the wrong one, took it back to the store to replace for the right one but as it's opened they won't do anything, go online fill in a form then wait 14 days, crap service, jobs worth staff not understanding a thing about customer service, more like it's too much agro we can't be bothered ,will never use Currys again and I have spent over 5 figures in there over the years.

Went in on a quiet Tuesday evening with not many customers. Whilst happy to walked around, after picking up what I needed, stood at the pay area unattended by anyone - at least 3 members of staff walked passed and none offered any help or support, whilst I was holding the item to tried to pay. I did notice a staff walked up to the counter and helped another customer whom was purchasing a small TV, and then left with that customer after the payment transaction - and I was left alone at front of the queue like an invisible person! At the end I decided to give up and left the store, I will take my electronics appliance ordering elsewhere, as well as that small item I picked up along the way?

I came in to Currys Aylesford on the 28 July 25 to purchase a fridge freezer and I would have done had it not been for three roudy young children being aloud by three female adults to run riot in the store. Instead of telling staff not to upset
These people you should perhaps think more about customers that know how to behave when in a shop. Why are staff not allowed to tell them to leave.

Attempted an online order, it wouldn't select delivery. Went in-store and showed the sales guy the order in the basket on my phone. He was very helpful and took the phone and completed the order in store on his system. The order arrived, three kitchen items. Two grey and one black, told the delivery driver the black was incorrect. They told me it was correct, the sales guy had selected the wrong colour. Called number on receipt to be told it's a head office number and store will call back. Store didn't call, called again and store didn't call. Now four days of the store not calling back, Item is not what was requested due to salesman error.

Awful customer service for a return of product. From both store and online. Product Ordered online, collected from store, but would not give a refund as product was opened (for inspection not used) and has to be collected from home. My annoyance with this is no one tells you. Online and receipt (emailed) does not state this. I would understand if they informed you of this but the only place it?s written is on a physical till receipt of which is something you don?t get when ordering online. It?s like they are making up the rules as they go as online they said some stores do accept refunds regardless. A very stupid process from what you think should be an experienced helpful company. Wouldn?t recommend using them anymore.
Update: saga continued - after submission online informed me that this should be returned store. When I returned to the store they again said this needs to be returned online and would not honour the refund. I asked them to speak to customer service to decide who needs to return it but they apparently could not do this. I have had to ring customer service to complain, and work my way up the chain to get a refund.
No words other than what an absolute joke of a process.

Currys Maidstone have lost my earphones while being sent for repair on a care and repair plan and won't give me a refund. No Sorry, no explanation. They simply said, this is so rare we don't know what to do so we won't do anything. Disgraceful!
Use AO.com much better service;)
