Good for charging the car while our daughter can have lunch and stretch her legs. Was convenient and easy to locate of the M20.

Food and coffee typical costa standard.
Let down by the staff. We were in the hotel next door for two days and intended to breakfast there. 1st day we arrived 20mins after advertised opening and they were only just getting ready so we ended up in the McDonald's as did two other customers (opened about 15 to 20 minutes later)
Following day we arrived 15.minutes after opening, waited couple. Of minutes girl removed the board at entrance, then was off hand when we asked if it was OK to go in, then we still had to wait for the counter staff to get ready.
OK food. And drink but could really do with getting act together.

Very poor service waited ages to be served, then coffee took a long time only to be told if was sitting on the counter. Nobody mentioned it was done. Had an egg and mayo sandwich which didn?t seem to have any mayo. All in all not very good and it was more expensive then high at shops.
Vegetarian options: Limited options.

Parking: Free for 2 hours I think.

Decent services, however the costa does close quite early. Easy to get to, toilets were fairly clean.

I ordered an espresso, payed 2.80 and they prepared an americano. When I made them notice they answered that was the espresso they prepare.. terrible service, terrible coffe incredibly expensive.

Attitude definitely on. After driving nearly 30 minutes from another Costa as they didn't have ice ?????, i come to this one only to find out they are missing ingredients and also get a long look when i point out that Costa is kinda letting people down with always missing something. The guy at the till was "yeah, whatever". I guess my money is also good somewhere else buddy, keep your Attitude.
