Put cows milk in an oat milk iced latte despite sticking the oat sticker on. Thankfully I don?t have a serious allergy. Scary!

Can't believe I just paid £10 for a bag of crisps, a wrap, and a juice drink. I ordered a Peach iced tea, but instead got a peach flavoured juice.
The board in store shows a peach tea drink, with crushed ice and lemon. I received neither of those things and the drink was Luke warm at best. I did go to mention this to the staff but they were too occupied elsewhere.
Not great and certainly not overly impressed with this level of service from such a regular customer.

I love the consistency with costa everywhere you go. The atmosphere her is very lovely. I live the option of sitting down outside to have your coffee. The inside is also well ventilated with air conditioning units. As always, the coffee is always the best you can get, made in good time and served with the right temperature. The staff are really lovely, always wearing a smile on their beautiful faces. Parking is not a problem at all. I'm sure I will pay regular visits to this spot

I pop in here quite alot and even when it's busy it's fast and friendly service, Order always correct and they write on the cups where we have 1 Oat milk drink without being asked.

I visited Costa today with my sister to get our fave summer time drink - frostino, and we were immediately greeted with smiles from all the members of staff. I was quickly served by a lovely girl called Tiffany who was super helpful and catered to my sisters special request for her drink which made her happy. She severed us with a smile and we ordered the Chocolate fudge brownie frostino, which I highly recommend as it was delicious and my sister admitted it was bursting with flavour. This was the best frostino I?ve ever had as the mint choc chip used to be my favourite, however this topped it by far. I was extremely happy with my experience today and will be visiting again very soon. :)Vegetarian options: The vegetarian section was clearly labelled as my sister is vegetarian and found this extremely helpful for when we visit again to have food :)

I have visited this branch of Costa four or five times over the last month or so, and no matter what day or time or weather the front door is always wedged open with a purposely made block of wood. It's a small place, so nowhere to sit to avoid the inevitable cold breeze coming in. Makes me want to drink up quickly and leave.......next visit I may ask for the door to be shut and see what happens. ...and why is it the staff think it's OK to hold personal conversations between themselves whilst serving (and therefore ignoring) me? Visit today they were discussing their driving tests that were due and having 'bets' with each other over passing first. I get more attentive and professional service from a greasy spoon than I do in here where I'm paying 4 quid a cup!!

Starting to look a bit weathered and worn. Could definitely do with some TLC. Some staff seem to spend more time sitting in the corner taking up valuable customer space. The best time is after the school run as it is prone to be a magnet for shrieking infants.

Went today with my son, got sold a warm weak flat white, sat at grubby tables with dirty stained seats, grubby and stained paintwork, rubbish bin outside full with no lid, yuk disgusting place !

Has got to be the slowest Costa coffee in the country . Maybe they should consider serving customers on the counter rather than sorting deliveroo orders for 20 minutes .
