Put cows milk in an oat milk iced latte despite sticking the oat sticker on. Thankfully I don’t have a serious allergy. Scary!

Can't believe I just paid £10 for a bag of crisps, a wrap, and a juice drink. I ordered a Peach iced tea, but instead got a peach flavoured juice.
The board in store shows a peach tea drink, with crushed ice and lemon. I received neither of those things and the drink was Luke warm at best. I did go to mention this... read full comment
