I went to this Costa in search of a coffee and some food. I was greeted by a woman at the register who seemed to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Not only did she give me and my friend a dirty look multiple times, she also didn?t even ask if I wanted my toasty toasted, which I didn?t, but she did it anyways. However the man preparing my drink was incredibly nice and accommodating. The end x

I asked for a decaf cappuccino and instead I received a regular one! I double checked with the barrister if it was definitely a decaf as I have a condition! 20min after I finished the drink, my pressure went up, my heart started pounding and became sick! Maidstone team pls be careful and concentrate on your job better as you can really make some seriously ill!

I use this costa daily. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are really nice, wheelchair friendly too.

No rating for food as I didn't eat on this visit, I arrived and there was no queue. I placed my order and the young lady behind the counter was welcoming and pleasant. There was plenty of seating available and the tables were clear and clean.
