Just want to say how amazing Jake was - so helpful, really listened to what I wanted and gave some great ideas and recommendations that I didn't have a clue about. But most of all his demeanour is something the managers at Dunelm should be very proud and grateful for ; on numerous occasions he was interrupted whilst going through my consult, a couple of people were even a little rude to him but he remained calm and helpful throughout to both me and them. I felt he clearly wanted to do his best and help customers as much as he could. The store was a little short of staff due to a meeting so he was doing the best he could in a really good way with limited staff for that period.
