Always paid in full store card in shop ,after being taken over by Newday ltd it has to be paid over phone .we received our monthly statement phoned in and payed full amount,we have now received September statement and have asked to pay the August payment and 12 pounds fine for late payment on checking bank statements it showed payment to Newday ltd had received money but on phoning was informed we have to pay full amount as that have not received money but thay do have a recording of us phoning.what reason would you phone a payment office if was not to pay a bill ?

Expencive, but my wive loves their products, so I cant go wrong if I but something here!

LOVE this store mainly for the ted baker departments but you defo dont mind paying extra for such fantastic items

House of Fraser is a really nice department store. A very good size and set in the new Fremlin Walk area of Maidstone so the building itself is very new and looks impressive! They offer a range of fashion, shoes, make up and homeware. Prices vary and I will admit that a lot is towards the more expensive end. Also has a very nice cafe.
