This was the biggest cex I have ever seen, they had a ton of games for xbox PlayStation and more. I was shocked with the games they had. Staff was relatively quick and there's a ton of games. If ur a formula 1 fan that's absolutely fine they got F1 games, football fan they got football games. Fantastic shop!

I visited the store today with my mother and brother, hoping to purchase an item we had seen online as available in Maidstone. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock. I must admit, I was somewhat disappointed by the unhelpful and rather rude demeanor of the two ladies we spoke with. As a frequent customer of this store, I must say I was left feeling quite let down.

I?ve been to other CEX and had good experiences,but recently I visited Maidstone one and the guys behind this till were very moody,I would not recommend this place.

Must be busy as stock isn't as voluminous as other branches seem to be but, friendly helpful staff and still good prices

Great place for second hand media. Unfortunately the shop looks extremely run down with big bubbles underneath the lino that are a trip hazard if your partially dangerous for people with impaired vision.

I have come into this store many, many times over the last month and ever time I have brought Xbox original games, PS2, PS3 doesn't matter what generation or brand all the discs are scratched to hell and back, these discs are unusable, it looks like someone was trying draw the night sky on them, they need to be thrown away not sold, do better cex. Don't buy here, the blue rays are also scratched with ring burns, the staff clearly don't check the stuff coming in.

An experience of 2 half's. I went in twice and the gentleman who served me first was engaging and polite. I went in 10 minutes later to get a second item, and The young lady behind the till was rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately ruined an otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Regret handing over money and will more than likely return items

I used to shop in here all the time, i dont have any real complaint. I haven't been there in a few months but the staff always seem nice and plenty helpful

Absolutely Gobsmacked!
Came in to have a screen protector fitted for my new Nintendo Switch. (One of those skills if you can do it your lucky lol)
Charged me £15 instead of £10 as apparently it counts as a tablet?... which wasn't the case and was clearly advertised in-store and on Facebook, but turned a blind eye as long as it was done properly. However the female staff member that tried to fit the screen protector took over 3 attempts to even fit it correctly. Once fitted she showed it to me and it had a massive line down the middle of the screen and bubbles everywhere in it after being told there wouldn't be any. I asked for it to be done for a 4th time which she didn't like after giving me a dirty look so I decided to watch her do it through the glass displays.
She was cleaning the console with normal glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth which was fine, but then she started blowing her mouth on the screen and rubbing it with her grey fluffy hoody to get rid of the dust, which surely creates more due to static.... How UNHYGEINIC! Then shortly after fitting the 4th screen protector she messed it up, picked up my switch and ripped it with a lot of force just as if it was a wax strip! I've never seen someone handle a console like her and this needs addressing because it seriously could have damaged the screen!
I immediately kicked off and got a full refund after complaining to one of the managers, but they weren't apologetic about the situation at all!
The Staff member was wearing grey hoodie, and black boots with brown hair and is very short, do not trust her with handling your consoles!

Been to other CEX before in Chatham and Gravesend and never had any issues, were in Maidstone on a trip and decided to get some ps2 games and a new ps2 controller, was assured that everything worked and was tested. Got home, 4 out of 6 of the games don?t even play on the console and refuse to load, and the ps2 controller is completely broken, characters move on their own, buttons press by themself and are unresponsive when pressed. Have no clue how you can put a game on the shelf that doesn?t even load and how you sell a controller that doesn?t even function, we lost the receipt so now we?re stuck with a bunch of broken items worth about £30. Staff were nice i don?t blame them I just blame whoever their management are.
