My Samsung screen lasted me 7 years before it eventually broke. These guys charged me £140 for a new one and it was shattered within 2 weeks. Dont bother

Do not get your phone repaired here.Came here to get my screen replaced and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and even shouted at me when confronted.The repair on my phone was done to an extremely poor quality with the new screen falling apart in just a few weeks. When I asked whether I could get the faulty screen replaced on warranty they refused to help.Repair was more expensive than other stores. thought I was paying for a premium, but was really poor quality.Would not recommend to anyone

I know it was a while back, but you guys made me pay £65 for an original screen for my phone and said you "fixed" it but all my phone is doing is playing up, sometimes I can't tap the screen because it's messed up, sometimes it taps the wrong thing and sometimes when I swipe it swipes in the wrong direction, plus, before you got hold of my phone it would crash for a matter of seconds then work again, but now, since you've touched my phone it freezes, turns off and then takes forever for me to be able to unlock my phone again and when I try and restart my phone, half my screen goes a light grey colour on top and stays like that for at least 10-15 minutes before my phone actually turns back on again, I won't be recommending you to anyone, if my phone needs to be fixed, I'll leave it and get a new one as I'm fed up with you phone shops saying you fixed the phone but really, you've stolen our money and messed up the phone in the process of "fixing" it and then charging us for YOUR mistakes, if you've messed it up, we should get our money back, or at least pay you when WE know our phone is working the way it should be(Update)You told me to take my phone back to you guys, thus proving my point of you charging us for your mistakes ????
