Told us the time for collection was 10am to 6pm and I stayed home the whole day but they did not arrive because apparently their truck was full. We rescheduled another time and they arrived but the 2 men were very rude and lazy. They did not bother to take any items and were very badly mannered.

Just had two sofas delivered and nothing wrong with the delivery they come in time was nice but the sofas we had delivered had a sign on them in the shop saying it was Professionally cleaned but they had just turned up with a sweet stuck to one of the pillows and what looked like left over dinner on another pillows and the sofa are covered in cruise and dirty like stuff all over it and a nice big hole on the inside that we was never told about that is a structural issue with the sofa.

Located along the high street and can be seen from a distance away front the shop. Also not to be confused with the clothes shop that?s also near by. They have a good level of items in store for people to choose what they really like and even though it is second products they are still of high quality. They give you option to maybe not spending the going rate but still experiencing luxury to some extent. They have volunteers in store, also playing there part to raise funds for the British heart foundation charity.

Considering this is run by volunteers and it isn't a furniture dumping service for the sole convenience of lazy so-and-so's who don't want to dispose of their own goods properly its actually not bad here. We got a lovely sofa from them that's lasted us nearly 5 years. They were more than happy to take our old furniture also

Looking for white goods. Put me off that they aren?t that thoroughly cleaned to my standard. How can you sell on these things when they aren?t that clean ?.

Got completely ignored and guy didn't even made eye contact when we asked about if we can get any help to take it to car park guy said can't park at all outside you will just have to carry. Wasn't interested or even bothered to serve us. 3 guys just standing and tall guy said they close at 5pm first then said it's actually 4pm but when I looked at closing time it says 5pm on Sat. Ended up not buying it such a poor service!

I went tjere at 16:40 just to check if they have got anything that I needed for our new home. The shop was already closed and the girl inside was just sitting there waiting for 5 o'clock so she could go home. Completely ignored us.

Turned up a little later than expected on the day but they took my sofa. I would advise calling on the day to double check if you're thinking of using them.

My girlfriend donated her three piece suite in brand new condition including two reclining armchairs to this Maidstone branch. When I rang up earlier in the week to see if they would like it dropped off the lady on the phone said it was fine. When I rang up on the day of dropping it off, (27/02/2020) the woman was rude and asked who had told me they wanted the three piece and who said it was ok to bring it in!? We could have sold this sofa for a decent price but decided to do a good thing and donate it to charity. We certainly will never be donating here again. As a charity you should be grateful for donations. So rude and ungracious!

Worst experience ever!!!, booked appointment one week before for wall unit to collect on 20 Dec 19. British heart foundation is 1 mile away, staff asked to wait 9AM to 5PM, no one arrived to collect and called twice to make insure for collection timing, non response back, ruined my day waiting. Please train maidstone british heart foundation furniture & electrical employees for good customer service inorder to profit for good cause.
