Worst pharmacy in Maidstone, 3 out of 3 times prescription medication was delayed by the pharmacist. Haven?t experienced this at any other Pharmacy

Always problems in pharmacy. The staff seem to change frequently which is sad. There was a period of brilliant staff but over the last year not good at all.

Sorry to say that the customer service at the Pharmacy counter was unprofessional and extremely abrupt! It is not the customers fault that over the counter medication has to be bought at the pharmacy but was made to feel like I was being a nuisance buying some! Basically rude sales assistant who needs some customer service training! Left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy at being treated this way, will not be back!

Went here last week and asked the pharmacy about medication interactions. I felt like I was bothering them and they would rather I hadn't asked and just left. Terrible service especially dealing with medications!

I'm writing this review as I feel boots at fremlin walk Maidstone are great. Every time I go in to get my prescription the service is 100%. They are so great! They look after you and if there's something in the store that you need they actually do go and get it for you they are happy to help and at the check out The customer service is 100%. I always find what I need. Thank you Boots thank you to the everyone at the pharmacy

Horrible staff in general, not only here. Very rude and brainless. Had very bad experience and will never use boots for anything atoll.

Dreadful experience yesterday. While looking at the perfume counter my husband was asked was he stealing anything by a young sales assistant. He was hugely insulted. The young girl denied she had said it but a fellow customer confirmed how rude the girl had been. When spoken to the girl denied she had said anything to my husband and she asked why l was picking on her and lying about the situation. So going into Boots means you are a thief, a liar and a bully! They not only lost a big sale but at least 4 customers.

Awful pharmacy service when a collection had been arranged through 111 online . I swear she was pretending to be getting my details . ? computer says no ? sprung to mind !I had to go through the whole process again collecting from boots king street instead which was so much more organised.Btw I had to give 1 star for my review to be shared but I would give no stars !
