Awful experience. Massage gone wrong. What should have been a relaxing experience was the pits. The whole way through all I could hear was babies screaming and had to ask the therapist to stop before the end as could stand it no longer. Unsympathetic manager thought a £5 discount was sufficient. I didn't agree but felt bullied into paying. What do others think?

Im sorry to say i had an awful experience. Turned up on the off chance could fit me in was told about a 15 minute wait. Nearly an hour passed and i asked how much longer it would be. The lady said sorry she thought i was waiting for a friend, then sat me in a chair and said someone will be with you in a minute. Then another walk in turned up, she was sat next to me and was seen to before me, then 15mins went past and i was like am i going to be seen and another lady said she didnt know what to do she was busy. I spent in total an hour and half there and had to end up walking out. I found it especially disappointing as i have been a couple times before and although a little bit unorganised they seemed nice and thought i had found my new nail salon, i had also booked in for 2 weeks time to have my nails done for my wedding but i have cancelled it and will not be going back and i thought it was radiculous. I felt very embarrassed having to get up and leave in front of loads of people without having my nails done.Very very dissapointed do not reccommend.

Amazing service at Blush Beauty. Broke my nail about two days after I did a full set and they had no problem with fixing it up, no charge at all! Highly recommend ??

I had facial done today. It was the deluxe facial.The leaflet that was shown to me, promised me facial for an hour.Everything was completed in 30 min flat.Would you not classify this as over promising and under selling.Very disappointing
