Came here for dinner after a day out with the kids, what an absolute disgusting place to eat. Every table was dirty and there were ants all over the seats, we stupidly looked behind the back of the seats as we were in a corner with a big round table and it has clearly been used as a a place to dump food! The food wasn?t nice either, I didn?t even bother eating mine. Some serious cleaning needs to be done, more like an over priced Wetherspoons but without the deals.

Visited yesterday for the first time in 2 years. Has gone downhill since. Queued for 45 mins to order food and drinks. Anticipate another 30 mins queuing was required. God knows how long food would have taken. Kids decided they no longer wanted to be there so we left along with others who walked in, saw the queue and walked back out again!

great evening. all food was spot on with some of us being fussy eaters. staff were friendly and helpful. cannot complain about anything.

The Pub and Restaurant area was very, very Cold ?
I had Steak Pie Chips & Peas (only had 10 chips on my plate)
One of the Rib eye meals, the meat was uneatable, it was exchanged for a sirloin steak meal, which was good. Disabled facility's for wheelchair users is excellent. Car parking is Free for three hours if you are using just the Pub, but Free all night if you are using the Premier inn next door.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good access for wheelchair users.

Half the food on the menu was missing. There should have been a message on the website when booking so we could book elsewhere. Food was bad, served cold and didn't match the menu. Got chips with the salmon instead of garlic potatoes. One meal didn't come until everyone else was almost finished. Place looked run down and dirty. Staff didn't care at all. Do yourself a favour and eat at another restaurant.

I stopped coming here years ago! The food and service was appalling! Thought we'd give it another try.
Half the stuff on menu was not available! My description of this place, is a "no frills" restaurant.
Should have gone elsewhere. Very disappointing ?

We have been for breakfast before here and was really nice and lots to choose from. We visited 31st December 2024 and what a let down. Cooked breakfast was cold, no pastries and when asked for some was told there weren't any. The unlimited tea and coffee was not a self service like when we visited previously, you had to ask behind the bar for this and felt as though you were troubling the staff. The cooked breakfast was not unlimited, was given a food ticket to get 1 cooked breakfast each. It felt like they just wanted breakfast over with as quickly as possible. We won't be returning.

Staying overnight at the premier Inn. It's 8.30 on a Saturday night, there's nobody in the bar and the guy from the restaurant upstairs told me they had to close early and he can't sell me a beer. This is not an Inn.

Yay, just fabulous. New arrangements at breakfast time. Our party had a great time. We had view to outside, we enjoyed the special offer, one adult pays and child or two goes for free. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had great time ???
Kid-friendliness: Our party had about 7 children who really enjoyed they time.

Just went for a drink. It's big and tired. It still annoys me how much is charged for non alcohol drinks. Don't drink and drive campaign should get involved somehow.
