We were served by Ben on our visit. They were very busy, but it was a good atmosphere. Had a fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Ben was very friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. This greatly enhanced our experience and we would go back again. Outstanding, thank you so much ?

Although we were slightly disappointed with aspects of our meal compared to previous visits, our server Ben was great, he was understanding and professional when we bought up what we were unhappy with. He was apologetic, let us know that he?d pass our comments on to the chefs and made sure we were happy with the rest of our meal. Over all we had a good time, and we?ll be back. Just a shame a couple things let us down with the food.

Very good breakfast. Coffee machines not working but no problem they made drinks individually to order. Good service good company nice time.

Being Christmas you would think that it would be good........ No when ordering food.... We have got any king prawns for surf and turf, no gammon for the mixed grill, no pigs in blankets well we have but only two..... No vodka mix for the cocktails..... No ice cream. Would I go again.... No. Best thing was this was booked this three months in advance.

We were really looking forward to our Christmas dinner here and felt very disappointed, because there was no Christmas atmosphere i.e music, crackers or sprit. It seemed under staffed, on arrival at 4.45 we finally ordered our drinks after waiting an hour then took another another 20mins to receive them. The quality and quantity of the kids meals were ridiculous and we never received our mince pies or festive drinks! Compared to other restaurants we've had Christmas dinner at, this was substandard and definitely not worth the £250 plus drinks that this cost. We won't be re booking next year!

Pre booked Christmas dinner for 230pm. At 330pm, we were still sat waiting for the starters to arrive, when they did eventually turn up, even though they were pre booked they were incorrect. Waiting an hour between courses, organisation was ridiculous. Orders incorrect even though pre ordered months in advance.

Arrived 45 before our time slot.
Took 30mins to get asked what drink we wanted.
They didn't have half the menu which included the Christmas menu
Took 45mins for be able to ask for the bill then took the waiter another 30mins to be given the bill so we could leave!
Very slow service considering that they weren't busy, used to go on a regular basis a few years & haven't been since April 2023. I now know why & I won't be going to that branch of beefeater again!
Parking: Next to a premier inn, so plenty of parking available

On the day we visited there were supply issues so limited supply of lots of breakfast items and it was so busy with Christmas rush. The staff were so lovely, somehow remained calm and cheerful even when people grumbled. The manager especially was so helpful.
