“Halford, Maidstone, have, as usual, very knowledagable staff who are always willing and normally able to help. However, the constant background music on top of other customers talking make any advice hard to hear for people who are deaf like myself, especially if they are elderly. Hence the deduction of 1 star in my review.”
“Good customer service! I was a bit worried seeing all the reviews after ordering an ace delete kit from France, especially after having issues with PayPal payments not going through. I sent them an email telling them to not take into account those paiements as I ended up paying by card and they did reply a few hours later saying they would refuse the PayPal payments if they appeared on their end.Ordered on Sunday, received in France on Friday without border issues. Thank you! Would order again.Just don't try the 4 times payment on Paypal, that doesn't work ;)”
