The cafe is shocking, visited today only jacket potatoes available from the hot menu, which when eventually turned up, it was the smallest,driest potato ever, even with the minimal beans that looked like they had been "thrown" on it. The skin of it was so hard, no salad or even garnish. Complained about it to the staff member to no avail, her comment was she was alone. £5 they charge for the pleasure of the absolute foul food! Avoid, don't waste your money!
On the upside the other parts of the shop was lovely

One of the cheapest all round stores. Mens clothing isn't the best, everything is either plain or over patterned, and most things have a looser relaxed fit.

Café is awful - the lady serving was extremely rude, and none of the food on the board was available, so the only options were reheated sandwiches and chips. Don't try and get a hot drink here if you have allergies - my friend asked if they had coconut milk as opposed to cow's and was met with a blunt "No." And no alternative offered.
Shop is nice and has a good selection, avoid the café.

Well organised and clean. Good product range. A bit of queue at the tills, but not too annoying. They have a nice cafe at the first floor, which wouldn't serve us because the till was "broken", which was a shame...
