I wanted to invest in Cash ISAs on behalf of my parents. I chose Nationwide over online banks offering higher interest rates because I wanted the reassurance of being able to go into a local branch, and I was glad I did.
The customer service from front to back I received from branch manager Tegan was outstanding. She made opening three new accounts a pleasure with a perfect over-the-counter experience. And Nationwide's charity partner is Dementia UK, which is close to my heart and a reason why I was there in the first place.

This branch is excellent. I?m very happy that I switched from my local branch to here. Yes, it is out of my way but there?s such a difference in the quality of service that I don?t mind! All members of staff are helpful and friendly - my favourite being Gargi! Thank you for all of your help and work during the pandemic.

Visited the longfield branch a couple of weeks ago, excellent service from the three ladies in the branch, really helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Queue system outside in place as very small branch so only one customer allowed in at a time, great system.Highly recommend.Thank you.

A deceitful organisation and the manager knows but will not act. I have only become properly aware over the past six months of the full extent of the money and additional money extracted from my wife and myself for insurances that, in some cases, we did not request or otherwise were just overcharged by as much as 100%. This includes completely pointless products. Also, you have to constantly watch their interest rates and terms or you lose out.... heavily.
