Samantha Newton at Longfield was our conveyancer buying our first property. From the outset she was professional, courteous and beyond helpful, catering and acting on our every need. Never have I met someone so willing to go out of their way and assist at every turn, no matter how difficult. We started to buy our first home and were recommended Martin Tolhurst from our estate agents. We were originally allocated someone else and the property fell through. On our second attempt we were allocated Samantha Newton, she was quick with replies, helpful and honest. So much so, when we offered on our 3rd property we requested that she represent us. I used Martin Tolhurst by recommendation of my estate agents. I was allocated Samantha who handled my property sale. Of course the sale process can be frustrating and can feel drawn out at times, but I was always able to get in contact with her should I need to. If she wasn?t able to answer the phone, her colleagues always passed on a message and I would usually get a call back or email within 24hrs if not before. Professional throughout and I will use Samantha and MT again in the future. Ben

Fantastic service and support with Will writing. Barbara (Stewart) guided us quickly and easily to truly meet our wants and wishes. Over and above on aspects he had not considered, explaining aspects in regards to tax implications of leaving funds to charities and the wording needed to ensure our family members did not be impacted in that regard, among several other things. Received advice over email and two very useful face to face meetings in the office. Never something you want to dwell on, but happy we are set now for our wishes to be met should the time arrise. Great service and would recommend.
