Easy to park the car and walk to the shop, met by friendly staff and appointments running to time.Spoke with the consultant and understood what was going to happen.All went well, can't fault great service.

A bit disappointed, the staff are very polite and nice, However on website to book blood test is confusing. On website you need to pay for appointment not blood test, on the place you need to choose the packet and pay. I wasn?t informed on email or on website. The info on website should be rewritten for example: YOU PAID FOR APPOINTMENT BUT ON THE PLACE YOU NEED TO CHOOSE PACKET AND PAY THE SAME DAY. That?s is correct information. However, thanks for rebooking my appointment, now I know how much money to take with self ?

Compared to other Pharmacies in the area it is like travelling to the future visiting this Pharmacy. They appear to be very well stocked and are always fulfilling huge amounts of prescriptions - that automated stock room is impressive! I have found the staff in here to be friendly and polite. Really nice too that it is a family run business.

£5 minimum spend on card so had to go elsewhere to get colic drops for my screaming baby. Having a minimum spend these days is so horrendously stingy, especially in a pharmacy. The lady behind the counter suggested I buy some hand cream or wet wipes, conveniently placed beside the till.

Gives the appearance of being interested only in the NHS prescription business especially as so close to the GP surgery. Despite the proximity I have experienced a number of instances where there is a breakdown in communication. I have received numerous meaningless nonsense texts from the pharmacy. I have discussed with them but no improvement noticed.
