I used to be able to get all my daily requirements from the Co-Op but things have changed. Fresh meat and fish have been greatly reduced in favour of ready meals which are ok now and then but should not be part of anyone?s daily diet. There are also often gaps on the shelves and recently I have been unable to purchase paracetamol, styling mousse and soured cream. I am fortunate that I am able to go down to Waitrose but I was always in the past pleased to support my local shop. Please get your act together.
