What a fantastic family business. I can't recommend them highly enough. Natalie was so helpful when I visited the shop and let me take samples with me which was so useful. When it came to the fitting, Fabia and Reece did such a great job and always went the extra mile to help. Their attention to detail is great and we're so pleased with our carpets. Cotor Flooring were highly recommended to me by a friend and honestly I wasn't disappointed.Communication with Natalie and Fabia was brilliant - they were extremely helpful with the choices of flooring options within my budget.Pricing was very reasonable and they have now replaced all of the flooring in my house, which has completely transformed it - I'm over the moon.The fitters Reece and Max were very hard working, tidy and polite.If I was asked whether I would recommend or use Cotor Flooring again the answer would be yes 100% I would.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Natalie and Fabia and their team run a tight ship. The advice was good, the fitting excellent and their prices competitive. They went out of their way to fit our carpets the week before Christmas (as I had left everything really late!) Delighted to have chosen them as a supplier and I highly recommend them.

We had our hallway done by Cotor in amtico style. Fab and his son did a superb job, first class professional service. It looks amazing too. We are chuffed to bits. Highly recommend them to anyone considering having new flooring.

They were due to fit a bedroom carpet on Thursday 21st September at 1pm. At 9.50 on the day of fitting, I received a text to say that they had overrun on a previous job, and could we reschedule to the following day. As this was not convenient at such short notice, we agreed to reschedule to Saturday 23rd at 11 am.Once again on the morning of the fitting, at 9.15, I received another text to say that they had to be elsewhere, and could we reschedule again to the following week. Having been let down twice, both times at short notice, I replied that I was cancelling the order. I received no reply.
