Outstanding customer Service. Food was delicious, had the grilled halloumi and red pepper ciabatta.
Asked the waitress about soft bread as one of my party had dental issues. Offered to cut the crusts of the bread without being asked. Nothing was too much trouble. It's dog friendly too which is a huge bonus - and the dogs have their own menu!!!

Had my favourite bacon and avocado sandwich again today; was with a friend I haven?t seen for a while so a bit preoccupied and didn?t think much about it until afterwards - but there was very little avocado in it, and absolutely NO tomato! Very disappointing, especially for the price. When they?re charging £17.95 for a sandwich, a coffee and a small bottle of water, it needs to be perfect every time.

Amazing little find a great place for gluten free options.
There were 3 different types of gluten free cake on offer and the friendly staff checked the ingredients of the hot chocolate for me. Really appreciate that this wasn't seen as a bother.
Lovely atmosphere, quite cosy, could imagine it would get busy so if you see a table stop in and pause for awhile, well worth it.
Highly recommend.

Delicious grenola yoghurt fruit breakfast with many different other options. Matcha latte was really tasty. Dogs were also welcome!

Nutmeg is a great little cafe in the heart of Hythe offering a great selection of light dishes, homemade cakes, freshly made smoothies and the most amazing coffee. We visit here regularly and the food is always really tasty and reasonably priced. The staff are fantastic - warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. We were served by a lovely young lady called Mia who was charming, engaging, helpful and polite. Well done to the owner for employing someone who is a credit to you and your business. We will be back soon to sample some more of their delicious cakes!

The cafe was very busy, and we had two pushchairs with us. The staff were extremely accommodating which allowed us to be squeezed in and sit at the last free table, such a relief as we were desperate mums ready for coffee! The food and coffees were amazing. We will definitely be back
