I am going to this location for a while now and I am very pleased.
Great, quick service, clean and the stuff are very professional at what they are doing.
Guru (name on the badge) it is very friendly and polite, helpful and always eager to provide a quality service, definitely an asset for thins branch. And has a nice smile too. Haha

I was grabbing a chocolate to go and thought I'd use their toilet quick, disgusting!! 2 toilets available one disabled and one ordinary for both men and women, I thought I had walked into the men's toilet I had to double check but no it was just one toilet for both there was urine splattered everywhere toilet seat up and the rim of the toilet bowl had urine on it, I put the seat down using tissue but I didn't sit on the seat I hovered, I wouldn't have used it if I wasn't so desperate!! Disgusting no hygiene at all, wished I tried the disabled one now.

Service is always panicked they never no what there doing in there takes far to long to make 2 simple flat white coffees

Only three people in front of me, all with very straightforward orders & I waited almost half an hour for two lattes. The girl was making ONE drink at a time - order in front of me was for two flat whites and she made them one by one. Asked her colleague if she was training and he responded 'no she has been here for a while!' Finally handed my lattes and one was literally overflowing my takeaway cup. Had to politely ask her to tip a tiny bit away & she rolled her eyes! VERY awkward experience and her colleague, who was very nice, was seemingly apologising on her behalf to everyone in the queue. The slowest coffee order of my life & at 3pm on a Sunday when there was barely anyone about!

Slow service, took around 25 minutes for hot chocolate and chai latte even though there are 4 guys serving. The tables wasn't cleaned or cleared by previous customers.
The toilet was very dirty.
Where are Costa managers????

This has to have the slowest staff I have come across. Waited 20 minutes for 1 latte with only 4 people in the queue. The staff were more interested in chatting than actually making coffee.

Toilets floor smells of wee and the toilet bowls are brown. They need to see a bottle of bleach!

I had a maple hazel latte which had a very nice sweet flavour. The customer service was excellent, Jack who served me is such a nice and cheerful guy. I?d definitely come back and visit soon.

Staff not seeming to be very skilled and sometimes only two staff on and no clean cups resulting in drinking from take away cups when sitting in.

Rubbish, queued nearly half hour 2 members of staff didn't stop bickering to each other, it was rather awkward. 3rd member of staff went to lunch at a very busy time. (Costa you need more staff ) never again.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lady in front of us was in a wheelchair, she ordered food and coffee no tables for her to sit, member of staff suggested she had a takeaway. Then another customer had to take her coffee and sandwich to her table they managed to clear reluctantly.

No complaints at all! Staff friendly, helpful and were kid friendly as well! Quick service.
Dietary restrictions: Asked what milk and gave plenty of options to choose from. All good was labeled with info of gluten free, dairy free and etc.
Kid-friendliness: Great with kids interaction, staff very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: All accessible.
