I went in to buy Lactulose. I happened to mention to the cashier that I use it for my cat. She then refused to serve me or my partner. Does that mean I?m forever banned from buying Lactulose from this branch? What if I need it for myself? There is no logic to this. I understand there are rules and that Boots have to cover themselves legally, but if I state that I will only use said product for myself, does this not negate any liability? Ridiculous rule. Illogical. Poor customer service. Will never use Boots again. Often overpriced products anyway. Also, what?s with being closed between 1 & 2? Not great for people needing to collect prescriptions during lunch hour. Poor.

Extremely rude lady stuffing her face with chocolate and she nearly had a heart attack when i asked her something. Closed for lunch like it's the 1930's. Ridiculous.

Understaffed and over worked and closed for lunch! The staff are friendly but if they can't stagger or cover their meal breaks for continuous opening, then how are customers supposed to obtain their prescriptions during THEIR lunch hour?! I would not be surprised to see this branch close in the near future.

It's a small Boots store. It doesn't always have what you need. The weighing scales don't always work and sometimes they are not open when they should be. The staff however are always polite and professional.

Went this afternoon to ask nicely if she can recommend anything for my daughter?s worrying spot but the lady behind the pharmacy is a bit rude I don?t know if she had a bad day or what but I think she should be more polite next time.

Never seem to have your medication in stock. Always have to come back another day. Also closed for lunch 1 till 2 very inconvenient. Swap shifts like every other boots why is this the only boots that closes for lunch. It says nothing about closing on there webpage or on Google totally inconsiderate of management.

Hardly any staff so if you want to ask a question its impossible, the shop is close a lot with no notice, and if you do get the chance to ask for something they tell you to go to Folkestone store, so Hythe store might as well close down permanently.
