Absolutely amazing little gem of a pub. The food was fantastic and a welcome change from the boring chain pub menus. I had the fishcake and it was huge and I couldn't fault it .

Good burger!? I would prefer the skinny chips within the burger. But anyway they were fine.

Wow...
We had planned to stop at a pub just up the road but they didn't have any parking so we kept on going. We found The Queens Head and what a great find it was.
A warm friendly welcome followed by great service and delicious food!
We had the Baked Camembert sharer, Salmon Fillet and the Steak and Kidney Pudding. All generous portions (bring your appetite) and prepared beautifully.
If you're a guest at the Holiday Inn Express on the A2 we'd highly recommend The Queens Head for dinner.
The only real issue was that I didn't have room left for pudding ?

We went in for the pie and pint night and would highly recommend it! We both had the home made mint lamb pie - the meat was really tender and very tasty as was everything that went with it (choice of potato, veg and lots of gravy). There are plenty of pies to chose from inc a veggie option.
The portions are large and its very good value for money.
It was the best pie we've had in ages and we'll definitely be doing it again :)

It was nice here.
The food was delicious and I highly recommend the burger or one of their sandwiches.
Service was very good and they were very polite.
Overall I recommend coming.

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. A real Kent gem. 20 mins from Canterbury and 5 mins off the M2. Lovely historic pub, parts of the building dating back to Queen Elizabeth 1st rein in 1590!!!! Set in Boughton Under Blean with its tutor houses and narrow streets. Great beers and ales on offer and cosy open fires. We had a wonderful afternoon and everyone was so friendly.

What an absolute gem of a pub. Great food, lovely garden, fabulous menu and really, really good food. Top, friendly service from Clare/ Claire, the owner. If we lived nearer, it would be our go-to pub, but we can thoroughly recommend to anyone in that area, visiting our passing through. Thank you.

Visited in the morning for a coffee, so it was empty. Clean and tidy. The coffee was good. Would visit again in the evening to see what it's really like.
