Having purchased a flat in Herne Bay through Wilbee & Son, I?ve found them to be very approachable, helpful and pro-active estate agents. They kept in touch with both myself and the seller, ensuring the whole process remained on track when it hit those inevitable little delays and hitches. Thank you Peter, and Lynne in the office, for helping to ensure a successful selling and buying process, that was as stress-free as it can be.

My family and I have used Wilbee & Son for many years through two generations, and Chris Mears has helped me to find a suitable property on more than one occasion. They are always very friendly and helpful and I will always be happy to recommend them.

Worst agency we have ever dealt with. We initially rented through them and everything was ok at first. We then put an offer on a small apartment through them, purely for investment purposes, and their lack of enthusiasm to actually sell the house was unbelievable. We ended up having to chase them for everything. I couldn't face giving them any commission for that and it was all taking so long we just pulled out. They could have easily sold the property to us if they were more proactive.THEN the contract on the house we were renting through them was terminated and their true colours came through. We had always had a good relationship with the landlord so I don't know how willby and sons could have turned the situation so sour. They are charging us for ridiculous items and can't currently provide any evidence. They also lied to us by saying they will remove some items we left behind (not junk) because they will get charity to pick it up for free and then they charged us. We obviously don't get any response out of them to address our matters. We have currently taken it up with OFT. Will update when things progress.

The staff at this estate agents are very friendly, they sell and rent properties. I have only delt with the letting side of things in which they dont really seem to have alot of propertie below £700 p/m but they will put you on there mailing list and contact you if something comes up. Sadly nothing ever came up for us there and we ended up going with another estate agent.
