I purchased a house from TP in June 2021. Claire and Mike were exceptional. From the very beginning they had a straight forward approach. They were honest, responsive, accomodating and always on hand at every step of the way. I always felt at ease when voicing concerns and they were immediately resolved. I highly recommend their rare personal approach to house buying.

We have recently had a dreadful experience whilst buying a property through Thomas and Partners. At first, they appeared nice and helpful and communicative. However, our buyer had to change their lender resulting in a delay for exchange. The staff at Thomas and Partners then decided to call my wife and tell us that their vendor was threatening to pull out if the exchange didn?t go through soon. Furthermore, my wife was then told that the vendor already had another buyer lined up. This was repeated to me when I called them about this. I was told they like to tell people ?warts and all.? This lack of professionalism caused a great deal more upset and anxiety as we knew our seller wanted a quick exchange however the delay wasn?t our fault.To add to this, on the day of completion, by mid afternoon the monies had still not been received resulting in us not being able to get the keys to the house. When calling Thomas and Partners, their very words were, ?Well we shut at 4 so I don?t know what you?re going to do after that.? As you can imagine, another example of an already stressful day being made even more so.If we move in the future, it is safe to say we will never be using Thomas and Partners in Herne Bay. Way too emotionally involved and the root cause of making the already stressful procedure even more stressful and upsetting.

Claire and Mike were just brilliant. Very professional and personable. I would highly recommend them. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

We would highly recommend Thomas and Partners if you are moving home. Mike and Claire have done a great job for us. They are friendly, helpful, professional and hard working. They are always available to talk to but never pushy like previous estate agents we have used. We are really grateful to them for an easy sale.
