I have had so many issues with this branch it?s honestly unbelievable. I have had to spend hours trying to sort things out with this bank. It caused me to leave Santander altogether. The woman I spoke to was rude and I had no confidence she knew what to do with my savings account. All I wanted to do was get the abbey savings account my parents had for me when I was a child put into my name and then into my Monzo account. The money was always meant to be mine and both my parents have signed for it to be mine so I honestly have no clue what was so difficult. It has been a nightmare. Hannah though was very helpful and lovely In rectifying this today, she was fantastic.

My wife and I would like to open accounts but it is impossible to speak with a human being on the telephone. When I go online they ask me to login which of course I can?t do because I don?t have an account yet, what an absolute waste of time this bank is!

Staff member not very helpful when I was trying to sort out my sons difficulties with his student account that had a railcard deal attached. I felt it was too much effort for him to help me sort it out and I would certainly not use Santander myself. My son will be changing his account as soon as he is able to. In fact he never received a railcard as we were pushed from pillar to post and now we are told it is too late.

Closed for refurbishment. Call Centre said it was open. Had a difficult journey getting there to find that the re-opening date had been changed. Must have forgotten to tell call centre. Waste of four hours of my time.
