We had just got scammed by a car park tarrif and wed received a text from nationwide telling us of "unusual activity" on our card and As we are on holiday we went to report it to the local branch. A young gentleman called Ned served us and took the time to explain what had probably happened to us and said our card was blocked.He asked for ID and then phoned through to the fraud department for us ,he stayed with us all the time and was calm and friendly,to my husband and I as we were a bit panicky thinking we'd given out our details to scammers. A lovely lady on the phone blocked the scammers and re opened my card .Ned was such a very caring person so id just like to thank him for sorting out our dilemma.My husband returned for a piece of paper for us to jot down our transactions as we went along just to keep an eye and he kindly printed off a mini statement for us so we had the exact amount from our account.We both cannot compliment Ned enough as ,for 1 so young,he showed much maturity beyond his years and is also a compliment to nationwide for their training.Well done to all and thank you.
