We live in Herne Bay, so we use Morrisons regularly. Their prices are reasonable, better than Sainsbury's. They offer most products, but if you want something unusual, then you might not find it here. The fresh fish counter was recently closed, which is a shame because you can't get certain fish. However, their 3 for £10 is a good offer on fish & certain meat. My husband & daughter have certain food intolerance, so the 'free from' section is good. However, like most places, the cost is expensive! At the tills, they need more staff. I understand that they want us to pay through self-service tills, but on a large weekend shop, 1-2 open till doesn't work. On that note, Morrisons, please don't send items down the checkout as if it's a race. It is respectful to go at the customers pace. Parking is on the road but limited or using William Street carpark.

Went in Morrisons in Herne Bay to get a few things. My Daughter and I were with my Grandson in his pram. We went through the self checkout with fruitshoots, ham and a loaf of morrisons own bread. Duly paid and went to leave. We were stopped security guard asking for the receipt. My daughter said I didn't get one and showed him the payment on her phone. He then looked under the pram and said did you buy that bread here, well given it said morrisons on it, bit of a clue. He then asked if we had paid for it. If we had stolen a 74 p loaf would we have said no??? Obviously we had and I said go check the till we went through. He then said nah don't worry. Weird and bizarre and other than making us annoyed, achieved nothing whatsoever.

** Ok. Now, another most helpful pleasant exchange: Marie, Checkout Supervisor, assured me that the product I was after, Morrisons did not sell, BUT, suggested somewhere I might find it ... And, I did. Nice! Thank you, Marie.
*Always get the most helpful service from staff when I can't find what I'm looking for. This time, Ania went 'over and above' searching out left over hangers from clothes that had already been sold - What can I say: I was looking for hangers! Nice one, Ania.
