Rob has delivered my cats food since he took over the shop. He & his staff are very approachable, & friendly. The deliveries are free, if Rob has not got an item your after he will try his very best to get the item for the customer.This shop is an advantage for Herne bay & surrounding areas.

They have everything you can think of. I can confirm this for dogs, cats, birds, and small "rodents." The man is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he is very easy to ask questions.

I am disappointed with the service, as I bought a cage for my new budgie that I was advised was big enough by the staff. When I got the budgie home, the cage was tiny. I bought a new cage online which he is much happier in, but I was then refused a return due to hygiene reasons, despite this only being a few days of use and cleaned thoroughly, the cage is now like it was when purchased. Extremely unhappy with this. Also the cage I purchased was £50 in the shop, and the cage I got online which is much bigger and better was only £35.

This pet shop sells a wide range of pets products. Especially good if you are a bird owner, as you will find a wide range of toys and products to cater for your birdie.
