Being a first time buyer (and looking to buy a property in Herne Bay), I was initially completely out of my depth. However after 2 & 1/2 years of viewing homes, I began to get a feel for the buying process. Along the way I've been exposed to many estate agents in Herne Bay, and without a doubt David Clarke Estate Agents are top of my list, initially because the agent who showed me a property was "real," low key/Not pushy, but paying attention: Mr Danny Blagden. And indeed when the flat that I'd shown an interest in was reduced in price, he notified me. I ended up buying this property. And secondly: the next stage of dealing with solicitors became a long and convoluted headache, however, Mr Gareth Jones was a godsend, being of great practical advice. (Even post sale.) He was most pleasant, professional and pro active; especially when an issue needed a solution. Should I sell in the future; One name: David Clarke ? 11 out of 10!

Have sold several properties now via David Clarke Estate Agents and I wouldn't use any other agent. An honest valuation of the property is always given with potential buyers immediately viewing the property. When an offer is received you are given a complete breakdown of the buyer's offer along with their circumstances. Once a sale is agreed there is then excellent sales progression. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
