Complete idiots here, took my watch to have the battery replaced and they smashed the glass, then proceeded to laugh about it. Yes they did have the glass fixed, but I had to go elsewhere to sort out the battery. Avoid this place at all costs, as it could prove an expensive mistake if you don't.Shame I can't give 0 stars.

The staff are so lovely. They were so caring and helpful to me and to other customers. They have a great selection in the display and we will definitely be back for all of our jewellery needs. They also polished my ring that my mum left me and did an amazing job.
