Excellent service! Went in with a slow puncture without an appointment and they were so helpful and pleasant. They fit me in on a very busy Saturday and found the nail. The puncture was repaired, very reasonable cost, and back on the road. Would definitely recommend! Would be wise to phone up to book as they are very popular! A brilliant local family run business in Herne Bay.

Phoned at 10am after getting puncture on motorway in the early hours! They told me to go straight there. As soon as I opened car door, one of the staff walked over to me, extremely polite and told me where to park. Told me to sit in reception as it was raining where there was an extremely friendly and polite young girl behind the desk. The chap who was changing my tyre then came in and said one of my other tyres should probably be changed soon. I asked if he would be able to do it for me and he very kindly did it! All staff so so polite and smiley. They even gave me a free selection box...what a kind touch! If I could give 6 stars I would! Couldn't recommend enough, fantastic!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Was busy but no waiting time and even though they were busy they still found time to explain everything to me and Nothing seemed to much trouble. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The nicest staff, they are really kind. Even though they are busy. It?s hard too find a garage that a woman can trust 100% not too be mucked around. They fit you in in an emergency. And just all round the workmanship is top notch. Would never go elsewhere again
