I joined the golfers for their league match. There was a wedding happening so we were really impressed that we were catered for so promptly and were even checked on during our meal. The golfers were all happy with the meal but personally I felt a pie, smash and peas were pricey even at the discounted rate. I with everything going on they couldn't give options as to the type of pie supplied but the ham and cheese was very rich and didn't sit well for me. I know a few of the guys were hoping for a burger.... I'm sure the venue is great when it's not so loud with wedding music and screaming children running about.

We didn't eat here, but the service is always good, and the staff friendly. Being the bar of the golf club it's more like having a huge front room with your friends over for a get together.

Weald of Kent Golf Club is a great venue for golf and eating, too. Hotel, wedding events, and much more. Excellent staff service.

The food was very nice and I found all the staff very friendly and competent on the whole there was a pleasant atmosphere provided by the staff who were polite and accommodating.

The lake view is very nice and the grounds are well maintained. The restaurant is very outdated ( like the step in Time Machine ) you have a nice view of the lake, but it?s disturbed by the window pane. It?s seriously need to be replaced ( the window s I mean) ideally, a whole interior needs a makeover . Similar restaurants in the area are so much busier, just because they making the most out of their location and the views, would have also been nice to see some local wines in the wine list.On the other hand, service was very polite and friendly. And the food was good value for money.Parking: Parking is very spacious and easy to find. We have also seen some charging stations for electric carsKid-friendliness: Kids were allowed for dinner
