“I came into the shop today on my own to do the weekly shop (something i find nerve racking), once i’d filled my trolly i went to pay, there was a lovely staff member on the till, he was a young (16 year old) guy and he was so lovely. He talked to me about things such as the weather and even talked to me about my tumble dryer at home! he completely calmed my nerves and was just so great, he really needs to be recognised for his customer service :)”
