Lovely Sunday lunch and a nice menu if pubs classics always available. Portion size is excellent and the food was piping hot. They had a range of curry options too. We loved the local ales and some good ciders went down well. A good place to start and end a countryside walk.

Fantastic! The Rose Revived has to be my favourite go to pub at the weekends.
A brilliant selection on the menu and a mouthwatering carvery on a Sunday what more could you want, the car park is accommodating and there is a playground for the kids to play and lovely seating area out the back looking over the green.
Overall it?s a 10/10 for me. Look forward to coming back!

Terrible service, long wait for drinks, in the end went to bar to order our own, run out of turkey, it wasn?t even that busy!
The carvery wasn?t replace with food that had run out.
Plates weren?t cleared away, wasn?t offered puddings, had to ask and still our plates weren?t cleared away.
It?s not a bottomless carvery, offered 1 Yorkshire lol.
Chips taste like frozen supermarket chips & were horrible even the children didn?t eat them.
No child puddings. Waitress was miserable. Was our first visit, but won?t be returning.

A little disappointing I am afraid. The team were extremely friendly and enthusiastic however when it came to ordering food, both the pies and steak were unavailable. The food we did have was ok but I would suggest that they stock up somewhat particularly on fresh salad as that looked a little sad too. I hope it was just an issue on the day.

Went for a last-minute lunch here with my 7 year old and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I wouldn?t hesitate to return.
