It would be helpful if the website showed a separate opening time for the foreign exchange. Theoretically it opens at the same time as the store but getting ready for business takes around an hour!!!!

I visited TUI Bluewater on Wednesday with my partner to book our wedding. Lucy spent nearly 3 hours with us, taking the time to go through the details, book our holiday, wedding and book the holiday for 13 of our guests. Definitely recommend booking your wedding through Lucy at TUI!

We recently visited TUI?s store as we had no idea where we wanted to go and thought some face to face guidance would be helpful. Best decision we?ve made. We were seen by Emilie, who couldn?t have been more helpful. She was patient, full of advice and enthusiastic the entire time we were there.Emilie showed us multiple hotels, in multiple countries? at different times of the year, all to ensure we were happy with our eventual booking. Emilie talked us through every option in as much detail as we wanted and walked us through the process start to finish.As someone that would actively choose online booking, 99% of the time, I think Emilie?s service will completely change how I book holidays.

Abbie at Bluewater TUI was brilliant. Very patient, explained all the different options for a multi centre. I was quiet demanding to ensure I picked the perfect holiday for a special occasion for my 2 children and I.Unfortunately Abbie was let down by the computer systems and 3rd party flights so it meant I had to change plan but Abbie and her colleagues, kept me updated via emails and phone calls to find a very good solution and saving me money in the process.Thanks Abbie You're a star.

We made an appointment and were seen by Vicky, who was brilliant. She spent over an hour with us, whittling down the vast options to three that ticked all our boxes.
