In Bangkok, our guide Victor went out of his way to accommodate and show us around and Natsima the Kuoni Customer Service Rep was also amazing in how she went that extra mile to help us. My wife lost her glasses and Natsima investigated and found them in the car that picked us up from Bangkok airport and got them delivered at our hotel. That was A1 5* service! In Phuket, the Kuoni Rep Kob Khun Kha (Noo) was also absolutely amazing in the way she looked after us with the highest level of customer care and service. Both Natsima and Noo are a credit to and huge assets of Kuoni. In every way everything went absolutely smoothly, efficiently and with time precision. We would rate Kuoni's service at more than 5*.”
