I couldn’t have improved the service received by Sakhi at Bluewater. From the moment I entered the store he informed me of the offers, made recommendations and design options and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I left with a beautiful pair of sunglasses and will return for future purchases!

Sales person was good with huge knowledge and great working experience.But not happy with company policy for no discount policy.I spend £263 for sunglasses and I asked for cleaning kit worth £10 but employee wasn’t able to make a deal all together for £270. ..
