Purchased a top as I needed a last minute thing to wear that night I wish I'd checked it and so had they as it had been worn and smelt terrible so couldn't be worn again

Awful returns policy. Claimed their staff have been trained to state their return’s policy at the point of purchase and reacted judgmental to my response of not recalling to have been told this.No discretion for first time customers. The call was with Bluewater shop

Went in 30 min before closing time today and 5 min later wanted to try 1 dress. And i was told they closed as they already started to clean. Walked out 4.37 pm. I thought shops closing 5pm in Bluewater center. Very unprofessional behaviour.
