I popped into Millie?s cookies bluewater At 7 o?clock last night and asked for a giant birthday cookie she said she can?t do it now, ???? but I could see some on a trolley behind her, I thought they shut at 8-9 o?clock. How long do they need to bake or decorate a cookie?I was quite happy just to have the giant cookie Even if they didn?t have time to decorate it, but she didn?t even give me the choice I won?t be going back there

Tried out Millie?s cookies in store for the first time and my god the brownie cookie was to die for! Also the manager that served me was so lovely and polite also she baked them herself. I highly recommend that cookie and ask for Louise and what she has baked that day.

I was served by the manager with my friend and I was quite visibly upset after a hard day, she spoke to me so nicely and we had a lovely conversation about mental health and she made me feel very comfortable. The cookie made my day!

Really disappointed the tastes worse the the ones my sister made last week. Was looking for to them ones was over cooked badly and just not as much effort was put in to them like the use to be was gutted to be honest when you're paying the prices of today really should be better quality.

Really bad experience with a staff member Reece who was unprofessional, rude and patronising. Spoke to me with stinking attitude and called me ?LOVE? when I called to report an spelling error made. Calling a customer ?LOVE? is completely unprofessional and inappropriate as well as telling me to ?get out the store? as I confronted him about his behaviour and not being able to meet my expectations. Thankfully the management team were very helpful and are taking this situation into consideration. Hopefully Reece will not treat anyone else like this making them feel belittled and disrespected.

Expensive, poorly made and stale. Just bad. Go to Tesco and buy a pack of 5 cookies for much better quality and 1/5 of the price.
