Hopefully this will be read by someone at head office as I wanted to give a special thank you to Sally, Jennie, Elise and Gizem for their help with packaging the candles we'd bought for our bridesmaids. This was a few months ago now so I hope you're all still there! But the team were working like a busy production line to get everything beautifully packaged up for us and needless to say all of our bridesmaids loved their treats. Thank you so much for a wonderful in store experience!

Go to Bromley!Did not want to give a carrier bag for the Deluxe Candle in a gift bag; when I offered to pay. Made to feel devalued. Received after.The recipient of the gift knew I was buying it otherwise I would have refunded.If it was not for customer service (phone) I would have stopped buying the brand. Only one women on entering was on brand, but when I got to the till service from one staff in particular was off!I have had better service in Bromley without any purchase and in the O2 outlet store that sells Jo Malone (these staff are not even expected to sell the brand as well as the do)

I've had the (did)pleasure of visiting this store twice, and definitely won't be returning. First time, I was hoping to find my wedding perfume, and despite being the only customer in the store, was completely ignored by both members of staff. When I did ask for help, the attitude put me off.The second time was for a refund, with the intention to then find an alternate scent, but again the attitude of the staff wasn't welcoming.

Had a wonderful hand massage with Sarah. The best one I?ve had by far from this brand. She?s very knowledgeable about Jo Malone products and was very friendly. An excellent Jo Malone ambassador.

I?m brand loyal and I will always be until that brand upsets me and in the case of Jo Malone BLUEWATER that?s exactly what they did. I?ve been buying their perfume for some time now and my last purchase a month ago was online because no matter where I went I could not get the large perfume I wanted. Anyway, when I made the purchase I also received a sample of another fragrance but butter fingers caused me to drop and smash the tiny glass vile sample. As I was in BLUEWATER doing some shopping I happened to call into the store and asked for a sample of the one I smashed. The sales person refused to hand me one saying I need to make a purchase. I told her what happened to the sample I had but again refused and said I need to make a purchase.If she thought for a second and used that dim brain she could have asked me for my details and checked that I am a loyal returning client. Anyway, feeling rather annoyed I walked out, and at that point I decided that that would be the last time I ever buy anything from Jo Malone.19 August 2022 @ 10:10am. I called the number today as requested but this turned out to be the store number of blue water. They had no idea about the call and wasn?t expecting me to call either but the manager was polite and did say that instructions from Head Office was that no samples can be given out unless a purchase made. This was a waste of a call but I wasn?t surprised. Don?t contact me again I won?t be returning

I have just had the most amazing experience in Jo Malone, Bromley. Kristabel served me and she was so friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store. She took care of me and made me feel spoilt .Jo Malone are very lucky to have her working for them. I will definitely go to that branch for purchasing any Jo Malone products. My experience at Jo Malone in Bluewater was nothing less than fantastic. I wanted my own clinic to have a new scent, but I am truly clueless with these things. As soon as I stepped into the Bluewater store, I was greeted by a wonderful lady called Lisa - who was not only friendly, but incredibly knowledgeable on all the different scents that complement each other - who knew! Lisa asked me various questions to understand better what I was looking for, and under her recommendation we sampled different scents until we found the perfect combination. I have now been burning those candles in my clinic and all my patients have been commenting. Jo Malone may not be the cheapest place to buy candles, however, with the exceptional customer service I received and subliminal message the brand has in my clinic - I would and will do it all again!
